4:31 am, January 17, 1994, the infamous Northridge earthquake has hit.  Days later, after a re-inspection and skillful mediation, I closed my first
escrow.  Since then, the thrill of negotiating the sale, and excitement of house keys exchanging hands hasn't grown old.  I love being the facilitator of the American dream.....home ownership.  

We are in business together from the initial signing of a contract to the close of escrow.  I provide hands on, professional service in the sale or purchase of your home.  Additionally, I'm a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), successfully completing training that addresses the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+ in lifestyle transitiions. 

I am involved in community outreach and women's ministry at a Northridge church.  I also attend Toastmasters, and enjoy cooking for friends and family.  On my bucket list is vacationing in Italy on a culinary holiday.
